Introduction to hand embroidery

Come discover the art of embroidery—an embellishment technique that transforms existing textiles using threads of all kinds, beads, metallic supplies, and more.

To immerse you in this fascinating craft, Mathilde will guide you through the basics and help you explore a selection of 8 embroidery stitches. Our wish: giving you the confidence to continue practicing on your own after the workshop.

You'll choose the design you want to embroider and the thread colours from our treasures. You'll leave with your own beautiful embroidered piece, ready to apply your new skills to your future creations.

If you would like to embroider on something you owned like a garment, a bag or anything else, feel free to bring it. We will check together if it's possible to use it. When you start learning the technique, it is better to work on canvas (tote bag, shirt, etc) and as it is more difficult to learn to embroider on stretch fabric, beware of too stretchy jersey.

This workshop is open to everyone. It takes place in our boutique & studio, around a large table. A warm or cold drink and a healthy snack will be offered. See you soon!

CANCELLATION POLICY - A minimum of 2 participants must be reached for the workshop to take place.

Cancellation by the participant

- More than 2 days before the start of the course: you can cancel your registration by notifying us in writing (e-mail, text message, post) at least 2 days before the start of the session. In this case, a full refund will be made or, if you prefer, a transfer to another session may be offered, subject to availability.

- Less than 2 days before the start of the course: Any cancellation made less than 2 days before the start of the session will not be refunded but may be transferred.

Cancellation by the workshop

In the event of cancellation on our part for reasons beyond your control (insufficient number of participants, logistical problems, etc.), you will be refunded in full or given the option of transferring your registration to another session, at your convenience.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request, subject to compliance with the above conditions.
